LimNexus LLP Promotes George Busu, Jane Kespradit, and David Yang to Partner

Effective January 1, 2022, LimNexus promoted their three Senior Counsels – Jane KespraditGeorge Busu, and David Yang – to Partner, marking the first time multiple lawyers were promoted to Partner from within. Their promotion is a recognition of the three new Partners’ many years of valuable contributions to LimNexus and its clients and for their achievements as lawyers. “Their promotion is a key indicator of the continued growth and success of LimNexus and of its rising new generation of leaders,” said John Lim, Managing Partner of LimNexus, LLP.

George Busu is a complex commercial and intellectual property litigator. George is experienced in intellectual property disputes, complex business disputes, recognition of foreign country money judgments, and state court appeals. He also has extensive experience in trademark risk analysis, registration, and portfolio management. He earned his J.D. from Yale Law School and his B.A. from UCLA.

Jane Kespradit is a commercial and employment litigator with significant experience servicing mid-sized and Fortune 500 clients in defense of business torts, contract, personal injury, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. Jane earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.A. from UCLA. She is a founding member and past President of the Thai American Bar Association.

David Yang is a commercial litigator whose experience includes representing clients in shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, breach of contract claims, UCC disputes, unfair competition claims, trade secret misappropriation claims, real property disputes, employment claims including wage and hour litigation, Private Attorney General Act claims, defamation claims, and anti-SLAPP litigation. David obtained his J.D. from Loyola Law School and B.A. from UCLA. David also recently served as the President of the Korean American Bar Association of Southern California in 2019.
