• Secured dismissal of temporary employee services company from multi-million dollar breach of contract/trade secret misappropriation action based upon lack of personal jurisdiction.
• Obtained summary judgment for client on multi-count complaint seeking damages for alleged interference with sale of real property as a result of land subsidence.
