Prior to joining LimNexus, Jae Yook advised various clients in both law firm and in-house settings on business and real estate matters, with an emphasis on purchase and sale transactions, leasing, and renewable energy projects.

Ms. Yook has assisted in the closing of various purchase and sale transactions including but not limited to single/multi-family residential properties and vacant land/development sites. Ms. Yook also represented both landlords and tenants in connection with commercial leasing and ancillary leasing work, drafting and negotiating ground leases.

Additionally, Ms. Yook has experience representing solar and wind developers, providing support in obtaining site control in various jurisdictions.
