Justin Kim is a litigation attorney primarily practicing in the areas of commercial, complex tort defense, domestic arbitration, and employment law. Mr. Kim handles all stages of litigation and handles matters encompassing contract disputes, business torts, wage and hour, and other claims. He represents both sides of plaintiff and defense.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Kim worked in commercial litigation and public entity defense at small and medium-size law firms. Prior to joining LimNexus, Mr. Kim worked at a national law firm representing the insured and insurers in general liability defense. As such, Mr.Kim has worked with both individuals and businesses in various industries, including business owners/employees, government employees, and property owning/managing entities and their presidents and directors.
Mr. Kim’s leadership and community involvement includes serving as Vice President of Christian Legal Society of University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Law and serving as a certified student practitioner representing various non-profits at UNC’s Non-Profit Law Clinic.
Having grown up in Korea and the U.S., Mr. Kim is fully bicultural and bilingual. During his spare time, he enjoys weightlifting and occasionally playing golf.
