Matter List

  • Represented a global automaker in providing equity and debt financing for the development of hydrogen fuel cell operations throughout California. The work involved complex corporate and real estate debt structures with unconventional step-in rights to facilitate enforcement of remedies. 
  • Represented the developer of a major mixed use project in obtaining multiple rounds of EB-5 and conventional financing totaling more than $200,000,000 for land acquisition and construction.
  • Represented borrowers in numerous CMBS refinancing transactions with loan amounts of hundreds of millions of dollars.
