We have acted as lead counsel for many notable, cutting-edge projects that are visited by urban planners from around the world, which projects include a culturally enriched retail center and an urban commercial complex housing retail space, spa and a multi-level golf driving range.

Matter List

  • Represented a consortium of real estate developers in the development of the largest commercial condominium project that houses apparel manufacturers. The work involved procuring entitlements, land acquisition, commercial subdivision, tax planning and sale of individual commercial units to major wholesalers.
  • Represented regional developers in all phases (from land assembly to lease-up) of widely acclaimed lifestyle centers that received millions of dollars in public assistance.
  • Represented a foreign conglomerate in the development of a first-of-its-kind commercial project that included an upscale mall, restaurants, a spa, a multi-level golf driving range built on top of a parking structure and a giant screen viewable from a major boulevard in Koreatown, Los Angeles.
