LimNexus is pleased to announce that Jed Donaldson has joined our Washington, D.C. office as Of Counsel in our growing Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice area, strengthening and expanding our capabilities across the nation.

Jed is a 2010 graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, where he was awarded the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence. Immediately after law school, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Frank J. Santoro of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia’s Norfolk Division. Since his clerkship, Jed has practiced in Richmond, Virginia focusing on chapter 11 bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including high-profile matters involving Patriot Coal, Penn Virginia, Toys ‘R’ Us, Gymboree, and J. Crew. Jed also has extensive experience representing equipment finance companies and manufacturers in distressed situations. At LimNexus, Jed will support our representation of domestic and international clients in bankruptcy matters throughout the United States.

Additionally, Jed is active with the Richmond Bar Association and co-chairs a pro bono bankruptcy clinic. In the community, Jed serves on the board of Virginia Commonwealth University’s Massey Cancer Center.
