LimNexus Partner, Grant L. Kim, is scheduled as one of the speakers at the “2019 San Francisco Summit on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China” on Friday, June 28, 2019 at The Westin St. Francis San Francisco. The program, which is presented by the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), will run from 9AM-6:10PM with five panel discussions.
Mr. Kim will be speaking in the second panel titled “Lessons from the Tech Giant Battles: New Trends of Resolving Technology and Patent-related Disputes in the PRC” from 11AM-12:30PM. He will share his insights on trends and challenges in a wide range of issues affecting commercial dispute resolution in China. Mr. Kim has successfully represented clients from the U.S., Asia and Europe in international arbitrations. He also regularly serves as an arbitrator in international disputes. He obtained his law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and his B.A. from Pomona College.
