LimNexus Partner, Grant L. Kim, is one of the speakers for the “International Commercial Arbitration Academy” program on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at the JAMS International Arbitration Center. Presented by the Litigation Section of the California Lawyers Association, the program will run from 8:30AM-1:30PM with two panel discussions.

 

Mr. Kim will be speaking in the second panel titled “Effective Advocacy in International Commercial Arbitrations” from 11AM-12:30PM, where he will take part in the discussion of how to handle unique challenges and share strategic methods in international commercial arbitrations.
Mr. Kim has represented clients from multiple countries in numerous international arbitrations, patent, copyright, trade secret lawsuits, and commercial litigation. He obtained his law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and his B.A. from Pomona College.
