Lim Ruger is excited to announce the addition of Irwin S. Evans to its ranks. Mr. Evans brings years of trial and commercial litigation experience to the firm, and expands Lim Ruger’s products liability and toxic tort practice.
Irwin S. Evans has represented automakers and other manufacturers on significant products liability matters, defended toxic tort claims against chemical manufacturers, and defended many municipalities in tort and employment matters, to name a few. Mr. Evans was most recently a partner at the firm of Gonzalez, Saggio and Harlan, and is a former Deputy City Attorney with the City of Los Angeles.
“Irwin will strengthen our litigation group with his deep wisdom and common sense, vast experience and his reputation as a relentless advocate for his clients,” says managing partner, John Lim.
Consistent with Lim Ruger’s tradition of providing leadership to the legal community and beyond, Mr. Evans is a past president of the California Association of Black Lawyers, past chairman of the Personal Injury & Commercial Litigation section of the National Bar Association Commercial Law Section, and former member of the Board of Directors of the National Bar Association.
