Lim Ruger & Kim Attorneys Conduct Pro Bono Employment Law Training for Community Non-Profits

On May 13, 2015, Lim Ruger attorneys Phillip Cha and Norma Nava partnered with Asian Americans Advancing Justice-Los Angeles to host a pro bono workshop entitled “Employment Law Basics for Community Non Profit Organizations.”  The workshop focused on several employment topics including discrimination and sexual harassment, wage and hour issues, and leaves of absence.  Representatives from approximately 10 community non-profit organizations attended the workshop.  Phillip K. Cha is Senior Counsel at Lim Ruger, where he specializes in representing management in labor and employment matters.  Norma Nava is an associate at Lim Ruger, specializing in complex commercial litigation.
