Los Angeles- October 21, 2010

Lim Ruger helped its client win a multi-million dollar package of redevelopment assistance to develop a twelve acre hotel-retail-office project in Buena Park, California.  We negotiated a development agreement that includes conveyance of land owned by the city’s redevelopment agency at no cost, and payment to our client of increased property tax and sales tax revenue over several decades.  The project, which will revitalize the community and provide thousands of jobs, is being undertaken by The Source at Beach, LLC, an affiliate of our long time client M + D Properties, which developed the internationally acclaimed Plaza Mexico in Lynwood, California.
