LimNexus is seeking a junior to mid-level corporate associate to handle sophisticated business, M&A and finance transactions. The ideal candidate will have broad experience, including but not limited to preparing and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and managing closings. There may be opportunities to work on real estate transactions as well. The associate must possess outstanding analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent credentials. Additionally, the associate must be highly motivated, detail oriented and organized. Proficiency in Korean, Mandarin or Japanese is a plus.

LimNexus is seeking a senior attorney with 7 or more years of extensive experience handling employment related matters, including litigation in state and federal court, arbitrations, drafting employment related documents and counseling employers. The position entails primarily defense of wage and hour and discrimination cases, including class actions. Qualified candidate must be able to handle all aspects of litigation with little or no supervision, including supervision of more junior attorneys. Advising employers regarding day-to-day employment matters is also a component of this position. The attorney must possess outstanding analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
